For me, that was hard to do. yes, i used to do that before.. i exchange links, blog hopping, but do not update my content very regularly,i only update when i have something to post. B) you're just giving them the right to fool you if you do that. there are many out there that are free. you haven't told here what skills you have, that way we can easily find what to recommend you. We can have blog although we didn't too much maintain it but if we didn't maintain it, our blog can't get good PR.
