I understand why you thought about it, since you have audience form different countries, but if you made separate forum sections for different countries and languages, it will get too segmented and everyone will write only on their language and we will lose the chance to hear experiences from users worldwide, and we will be left with only couple of them who actually speak English as their native language. This way, we can get a more clear picture and reach a wider audience and you get the chance to build a strong community on this forum.
