First of all we need to understand our clients/customer needs.As wants and needs are different ,and each customer being unique,we also need to judiciously approach a task and suggest the most consistent, sustainable, competitive & a responsible solution.

Hence being competent both technically and commercially becomes very important.

Cultivating the art of Listening is perhaps most consistent training I have ever received.

Most of the time, judgement rather than experience holds the key.To push a fresh horse through a green course , you might finish brilliantly ,but be prepared for the possibility of that 1% …..

In life it's not to have triumphed but to have fought well!
