What exactly is a Forex Signal?

Recommended Posts

Simply put, a forex signal is generated by a set of technical indicators used in forex trading (MACD, RSI, MA,..) which will give you a buy or sell recommendation.
A simple forex signal could be: I want to buy a currency pair if the 5 exponential moving average crosses the 50 simple moving average from below. If this conditions is met, I'm going to buy that currency pair. That's how most forex signals are generated. Hope this helps.

I am getting good facilities of these tools from my broker BPRIMES. They are giving me the lowest trading spreads and I can use the highest leverage up to 1:500 on a standard account. Spreads and leverage both are very important tools for trading forex. Leverage is a loan that is provided to an investor by the broker that is handling the investors or trader’s forex account. And the difference between ask and bid is called spread.
