What if I'm not new, but I've just come back and resumed classes? Such delights are shown here that I'm horrified. I quit a while ago due to injury and now I have to recuperate. Bought myself a sports app and a smart scale to keep track of my energy expenditure. I would also like to get a calorie counting app and add new exercises to it to show me in advance how many sets I have to do to lose a couple of pounds per week. It's not much, but it's just right for me.
