Stick to a sleep schedule of the same bedtime and wake up time, even on the weekends. This helps to regulate your body's clock and could help you fall asleep and stay asleep for the night.

Practice a relaxing bedtime ritual. A relaxing, routine activity right before bedtime conducted away from bright lights helps separate your sleep time from activities that can cause excitement, stress or anxiety which can make it more difficult to fall asleep, get sound and deep sleep or remain asleep.

If you have trouble sleeping, avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Power napping may help you get through the day, but if you find that you can't fall asleep at bedtime, eliminating even short catnaps may help.

Exercise daily. Vigorous exercise is best, but even light exercise is better than no activity. Exercise at any time of day, but not at the expense of your sleep.

Evaluate your room. Design your sleep environment to establish the conditions you need for sleep. Your bedroom should be cool – between 60 and 67 degrees. Your bedroom should also be free from any noise that can disturb your sleep. Finally, your bedroom should be free from any light. Check your room for noises or other distractions. This includes a bed partner's sleep disruptions such as snoring. Consider using blackout curtains, eye shades, ear plugs, "white noise" machines, humidifiers, fans and other devices.

Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows. Make sure your mattress is comfortable and supportive. The one you have been using for years may have exceeded its life expectancy – about 9 or 10 years for most good quality mattresses. Have comfortable pillows and make the room attractive and inviting for sleep but also free of allergens that might affect you and objects that might cause you to slip or fall if you have to get up

It is good question. Because good night’s rest is essential for effective thinking, working and learning. I recommend this article https://sleepmentor.net/science-backed-tips-for-better-sleep-tonight/ there are many tips and recommendations for better sleep. I hope this will help you. Good luck!

Lack of sleep is very bad for me. I become irritable and inattentive, sluggish and I easily fall into apathy. When I sleep badly, I take these https://nootropicboost.com/buy-best-nootropics/aniracetam/ pills in the morning. These pills cope well with lack of sleep, help me stay concentrated and in a good mood. I'm more efficient at work. These pills are safe for health, but I try not to take them too often.

I came across the opinion that in order to get enough sleep you have to fall asleep before 12 am several times. But it seems to me that each person is different. For some people 6 hours sleep is enough, and for someone will need more than 10 hours)

Maybe you have bad mattress and it is a problem? On what side you prefer to sleep? For example I prefer to sleep on the stomach, and I bought special mattress for me. I think it is important thing for good sleeping and you must pay attention to this. Here is a good website for you https://sleepissimple.com/ I recommend to read articles with sleeping tips.

I'm sleeping like a baby now. I have a good evening, so my sleep comes quickly. I sit here www.firecams.com. I like to feel like I'm not alone. In real life, I'm lonely, so I have trouble sleeping. Now I understand that this problem is solvable. I don't have to worry about problems.

You can try to take some simple pills like this: https://nootropicboost.com . It's a nootropics. Just a set of active and important vitamins/minerals. Everything is gathered in one pill and can give you more freshness. Sometimes, depends on the type of your nootropic, you can get memory improvement, more energy and so on.. But, I'm not a professional in this. For sure, they will solve your problem with sleeping.

If the stage of insomnia is not yet neglected, then a pillow with lavender and other herbs filling can be very helpful. It just needs to be placed next to the head and these fragrances will enable us to quickly fall asleep.

Just don't use any pillows or other medicine that will be advised here. Go visit a doctor and he will identify the problem. If you will be prescribed any pills, then use them. Do not self-medicate.

You just need to work on your sleeping schedule and go to sleep before midnight, as our body rests and heals itself the best from 12:00 am till 01:00 am. If you go to sleep later, it's not going to be so effective.

If you want to know about the benefits of homeopathy, I'd be glad to tell you that hemp oil has been recently acknowledged by the Australian Pharmacy Union as one of the most effective ways to treat depression and anxiety. The secret is that this oil doesn't include narcotic substances (unlike marijuana) but still it helps to ease the nerves' tension, here it's written how it works https://cbdreamers.com/cbd-oil-for-anxiety-and-depression. It also helps to sleep better.

In the beginning, try some good teas to drink. I prefer one with fireweed. But if you don't live in a countryside then why not to visit a specialist and then consider if it's something serious (insomnia) or just a temporary issue. Then you buy an appropriate medicine online Melbourne-chemist.net and overcome finally this problem.

I am a student and I think that other student's will get my point, it's impossible to sleep healthy when you are studying hard, you just don't have enough time. Well, when I am too tired, I just order some writing assignments from writers at brainybro and that helps but when you do everything on your own, you can forget about sleeping eight hours a day.
