3 posts in this topic

In hiring business outsourcing, follow this three Rules to protect yourself and your business.

1. Know what you want - before starting the research. Do you prefer the guarantee of a larger firm? Do you enjoy communicating with designers or business outsourcing development teams?

2. Trust referral and reputations - hire contractor with a proven track records.

3. Control the contract - “Make sure you have a clear contract, and make sure you control the code if it’s a technical project.”

Hope this helps

These are very useful tips.  If you plan to hire a business outsourcing company to assist you on your business, you should think twice and make a thorough research about different companies offering the same business.

Nice tips! I can add some more:
1) Time difference. If you outsource to a distant country be prepared for some pauses in communication.
2) If your account manager tries to make you buy additional services, it's a first signal for you to think over signing a contract with them.
3) There is no such thing as a free lunch. If the services are too cheap, probably the quality will be low too. Mind this.
