Need Help About Limited Account In Libertyreserve

Dear All, I got some case in my liberty reserve account, I got some message when I"ll trying make transfer to another account, what happen with my account?
So, I was tell to support liberty reserve and send a question ticket, and today I don't get any answer from liberty reserve it was already 48 hours to wait his answer.
Guys..any can help about my case please

It seems that somebody have accessed your account and they have limited it. The best would be to contact live support , tell them the story how you see it and send them all details and proofs they need for checking your case.

Thank you Andi21, I already contact them, and they answer I must wait but don't tell me a reason my account is limited, and I was send fax to them, and now I still waiting from them
Andi could you any advice or trick to talk LR, because my english language is limited hehehe, may be you have exam some text to talk them about my case

dansyah will be great if you can copy/paste HERE the message you get when you try to send funds so we can help you.


Someone that knows information about you (date of birth, account number, email address and Master key) and pay $5 to block the account. SO I really doubt someone LIMITED your account. I mean why someone will pay $5 to limit other people's accounts ?!

Thank you very much Dennis, here this case my Liberty Reserve account
In  September 14th 2011 I was buy money from exchanger in my country (tacoautorized.com). So I try send money to marketiva and instaforex, when I click preview in order form that's appear alert it say "you are trying send money from limited account" and I send again that always appear too. Previously my account was change by me about new address because my home change in other region. So, is this cause problem in my account? I don't thing so. I send a problem to liberty reserve support and chat with them, they're told me to talk this problem with business department staff, and I do it. But in 12 hour there is not reply from them and in 48 hours there is not reply to I wait this for a long time. I'll try chat again with CS support and they say will counter my problem soon but I didn't reply too. In other day I chat again with CS support a name is Mr. Brandon, he's like angry to me, he said I can't get my account again if I always ask them, he say They knew my problem account. In this case why I do not tell a bout my account problem if they need I must to verification with my ID card or else I will show/applied my identification or other. I need that money because I find that money with my hard work, maybe that money is not much only $200 but that is my real money,I want spend my money to business (in forex)
