Thats a good question. Hoever Teekaad was banned here for posting spam , porn links and breaking terms of our forum repetedly so I'm not sure if he is a reliable source.. Hoever he have a point here.. I think Google can rely on google + informations as backlinks and onsite and ofsite techniques are often abused by webmasters to get good rankings. Compare it with Digg for exemple as they use diggs to separe good content and post it on first page
