I just closed on a house on Friday, 9/17/10. The house is in need of some repairs but simply do not have the money to do so rightnow. Is it too early to apply for a home improvement loan or any other type of loan to try to come up with 10,000.00 to get a loan?

was it really bad that it needs an immediate repair? why not relax first and breathe good air. you just finished paying up. try to enjoy what you earned for at least a couple of months and try again. remember to estimate first the budget.
