We found agreat way to fund your Liberty Reserve with your credit card trough a website that allows deposits with Credit Card and you can cashout only to your Liberty Reserve...
they are not an exchanger but the process is such that you will make an exchange and won't be charged almost no fees...

Be sure to leave few bucks in your casino account if you want to use this because if they find out that you only use them for exchanges they will ban your IP and you won't be able to do it any more... to make it better there is almost no fee...
