Even if an admin is honest he can not magically produce money when nothing is coming in anymore.

Everytime, rumours kill a program . . . because people get scared and stop investing .

I appreciate the admin is honest and he want to do a great job, but we have to sustain him

This program will be checked out. but Steve has always paid in the past,

so do not hollar scam, unless you SHOW proof, or a warning will be given to you !!!

We do not allow scams in TGF and as soon as we discover they are, they are moved to that area...

If you have concerns about a program, but have no PROOF, PM me and it will be checked,

Do Not post scam unless you show valid Proof...

I have done my best to run SurfReborn for as long as I possibly can, meaning I have paid out more than 96% of incoming funds. This saying may be a cliche but it is the most realistic and true that "all programs come to an end."
Although I did not mean for anyone to lose, in this industry there will always be winners and unfortunately there will also be losers.

Members agree that when they are upgrading they are purchasing a product in the form of advertising credits and upon purchase of advertising credits all transactions are final(No Refunds) and instantly fulfilled since each 1 unit upgrade will instantly purchase 50 advertising credits from SurfReborn to use towards advertising their websites. Since advertising credits are instantly added to member's SurfReborn accounts upon purchase, this fulfills SurfReborn's service to it's members giving no reason and merit for any chargebacks. The future of SurfReborn will continue but as a Traffic Exchange program only. No earnings will be offered but members can purchase advertising credits. Free members can also surf for credits.

You did right Mary, Steve said in the beginning he was going to run this program as long as he had support  and he did...

Members, please understand:

He was upfront about it being a game and paid out 96% that's pretty good compared to others...

This is not a scam as he ran it as he said he would, as a game and as long as he had support...

We have posts with him saying this...

Paying out 96% is a whole lot better than most, only a very few have paid more...
Steve was honest in how this program was going to be run and what he needed to keep it going, so we, as members, do not have any complaints...

Being truthful and upfront is more than most of the surfing Admins give us as members...

Since he said at the start that no earnings were guaranteed and people were buying advertising and when he has to close the program, it will be because of lack of support  for that reason this program is not scam...

Scam is when they run off with a most all of the money


When we are thinking about joining a program,

It is  our responsibility to:

Read all the Admin has to say

Check the program out in,
{some of the other Forums about what is being said and the tips in the "Due Diligence"
book that Dennis has listed}

Boils down to whatever choice we, as members, make ...

Is totally OUR responsibility...
