Just out of interest, I am wonding if you guys prefer to use absolute of relative positioning with CSS?

I have always used relative positioning up until a week ago.

I always code my sites 100% by hand in notepad and always struggle with compatability within browsers (but ge there after hours of tweaking).

I thought I would give absolute positioning a go and managed to code a full page within half an hour, all looking good in Internet Explorer.

Then I loaded up firefox and to my surprise, the page looked identical to the IE render.

So, I am sold! I'll be using absolute positioning for most of my projects now.
