Yes, if our blog has no PageRank there will be no advertiser put to in your blog site. So if we wanted to make money from Google Adsense, so we must have good Page Rank.

That's not usually the case. PageRank gives you blog post advertisers.
You can still get advertisement depending on what niche you categorized your blog.

So our PageRank didn't make our blog in the first page in the search engine friend? PageRank only attracted advertisers to want to put their ads in your blog. Is it like that?

Blogs are known as such effective ways of marketing in SEO. Its are most effective but doing it is not so easy task and you should need to know about some things. The way you explained about some factors are really crucial before starting blogging.
