Updated Client Service Agreement

To our clients and partners:

EXNESS has revised its Client Service Agreement in order to improve the quality of its services and keep its legal documents up to date as the company grows.

The updated EXNESS Client Service Agreement became available for review and acceptance on October 28, 2011. Key amendments to the Client Service Agreement involve how clients receive information from EXNESS, measures to ensure that technology infrastructure and software function properly, and certain provisions of the EXNESS Partner Program.

    Customer Agreement – amendments to items 2.2; 9.7; 9.11; 9.12; 9.13;
    Regulation About Conditions and Procedure for Activity Execution (Appendix 1) – no amendments;
    General Business Terms (Appendix 2) – amendments to items 3.6; 10.11;
    Partnership Agreement (Appendix 3) – amendments to item 7.8, subitem "е".

The updated documents shall enter into force 15 calendar days after their official publication on the EXNESS website.

MT4 Terminal Updating

To our clients,

MetaQuotes has released the latest update to MetaTrader 4, called Terminal Build 409. Click here for a list of key changes.

Please be aware that support for older builds of the terminal (through MetaTrader 4 Terminal Build 401) will end November 1, 2011.

EXNESS encourages you to use the Live Update system to update the following software as soon as possible:

MetaTrader 4 Terminal
MetaTrader 4 MultiTerminal
MetaTrader 4 Mobile
MetaTrader 4 Mobile SE
If you have an older version of MetaTrader 4 that is not supported by Live Update, you will need to reinstall the terminal by downloading the installer file from the Downloads section of our website.

Please contact the EXNESS support team with any questions you may have about updating your terminal.
