Ladies & Gentleman,

As you know the performance of the system has been degrading again recently. Whilst anything that impacts our ability to earn and promote is frustrating this is one problem that we can handle and have several options to consider.

First we used faster hardware with more processing power. Then we added more RAM. Then we added more servers. The growth has been phenominal! And we have to thank you for your part in that growth!

However the time has come to add some modifications to the script so that the servers you use in your day to day business with us do not get clogged up with unnecessary processing.

To that end we are going to change much of the front end of the script and this requires migrating the data from your old account to the new system.

We have tried to do this while you are surfing on the live system however that does not seem possible because as we speak the growth continues exponentially.

Therefore we are offering you a day off! We have plenty of inventory at this time so it makes sense to take advantage of that and spend the next 24 to 36 hours moving all data and testing the entire process at our leisure!

The benefit of a this extended maintenance period is that we can thoroughly check the conversion without having to run it again and risk losing data between the conversions. We may invite a few people to beta test the site and check the changes we have made. There is no need to volunteer (we know how much fun/pain beta tests can be!).

Steve is currently out of the office but has authorised this process. As soon as he can he will be contacting you with an updated.

I want to make sure that everyone knows were the cashout button is. The cashout button is on the tools page. If you used the old button on the purchase venture page you will need to go back and request your cashout on the tools page.

We are expecting to cashout allot of earning this week, we will be going thru one by one and getting this done so I figure that it will take until Friday to complete.

We will do the cashout, do not worry please. We are selling a ton of advertising and gold is unbelievable at this stage.

Please give us until Friday so that we can prove that we are not here to do the wrong things.

It is not what I say or write that make you happy, it is the actions I take to move the buiness forward.

Well loyal members, there's a small handful of Ad-V's members that ran crying and whining to AlertPay and now Steves' acct. is frozen, with a three day weekend, he's not able to get it un-frozen until Tues. of next week...

I, ladies & gentlemen, am going to call AlertPay and talk to the bookeeper that handled my acct., when someone was stealing funds out of it... The situation with Steve will be explained to him and hopefully - if enough of our loyal members call or at least send a support ticket, explaining that Syeve has ALWAYS paid when he said he would, but every program has crybabies and trouble makers and these dispicable persons are the only ones complaining...

When they get flooded with goodwill from Ad-Ventures4u's loyal members, the trash will be dumped out, as it should be...

Yes, I am very angry with these crybabies, whiners & trouble makers and so should you be...

The best we can do is keep a look out for these problem children, in our really good programs, so we can warn the Admins. of that program, who they are and to watch out for them...

"We have every penny we have in the company in the payment processors and some members just could not wait and see that we were going to pay all of you so they decided to start complaining to the processors.

Now we have alertpay that is frozen. I have gotten solidtrustpay and strictpay all straightened out and now when I am getting ready to pay out I went to alertpay and the majority of our funds are frozen. Thanks to a few, none is getting paid until Tuesday because I did not realize it was frozen until I just logged in to do the payrun.

I have no choice but to wait until I get the account unfrozen on Tuesday.

VERY IMPORTANT, IF YOU DON'T WANT THE PAYMENT PROCESSORS TO DIVIDE THE MONIES TO THE MEMBERS AND THEM TAKE A LARGE % OF THE FUNDS THEN PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A REFUND OR CASHOUT. IF YOU WANT TO HURT MANY PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU WILL GET MORE THRU THEM, YOU WON'T AND YOU ARE JUST MAKING IT BAD FOR THE GROUP.

Yes I ! am upset, I worked all week putting this together. I have never ever missed a payrun and now a small few has taken that and made a huge mistake. SOME THINK I HAVE CHANGE FROM THE LAST 10 MONTHS? WHEN I SAY I AM GOING TO DO SOMETHING I INTEND TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!

For the ones that believe that my intentions are real this does not pertain to you. For the ones that think that I am ripping members off and doing the wrong thing, here is the scoop. I do not take 25% like the website says, I took less than 1% because I want the gold site and the adventure members to earn like never before.

I am so so upset, please give me to Tuesday, if not I will let all of you know that I cannot get the payment processor to reverse issue and you can the request thru them. But here is the scoop, every penny we have is in the processors because I have been dumping everything I have in there to do this payrun.

Ad-venturess4u is the Trail Blazer for 'Revenue Share' programs...

Lots of them out there now and they all pretty much do the same thing...

All monies {revenue} that's brought in from all advertisings areas is split between all Pro members{upgraded} after expenses are paid...

Ad-V, also has a sister site, TradingGold4Cash, that we will be receiving revenue from...
and a large Advertising campaign is being launched soon...

If you are an upgraded member, buy 'ventures', which are are your shares in this program, then you will receive the monthly 'Revenue Share' as we all do, as soon as they start up again... and regular updates in the email...

They are in the re-grouping stage and close to going Full Force, again...
