You need to give someting special in your website that the user stick to your landing pages and you get leads .
You need to do some competiters analysis that what your competitors offer then you can apply it at your website.

DO you heard about CRO ( conversion rate optimization)? may be your site not properly optimized for conversion.It fully depend on your site design.when you design your site you have to think who is you target audience and how they can use your site properly.i suggest you to know about CRO.then you may fix your prob.

If you are doing proper SEO then you have the chance to get potential customers from search engine but if you are not doing SEO rightly then it is why you are not getting business. Similarly maybe your website landing pages dont have good quality to make these visitors potential customers.
