Hey guys.
My name is Cameron Palte, and I am a 13-year-old kid blogger. My website is located at cameronpalte.com

My current goal is to get 1,000 page views a day within the next 9 months. I currently average 30-40 page views/day. If you have any advice at all post it here.


Why do I want 1,000 page views?
I want that many page views so I can start selling my own advertising space which is where a large portion of the money comes from.

83. Join Blogger Party (and/or other free blog systems). Then write posts that link back to your blog.

85. Provide Wikipedia articles with links to your blog where it makes sense.
86. Tell people you will link back to them if they review your blog (like John Chow).
87. Join Blog Catalog (kind of like MyBlogLog).
88. Create a MySpace Page. Put your blog on it, and get some friends.
89. Use SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
90. Use good grammar. People will be happy with your writing.
91. Submit your blog to directories in your niche.
92. Email or Instant message your friends to Digg, stumbelupon, etc. your post.
93. Link to your blog from other websites and blogs you own.
94. Write a post about the top x bloggers in your niche or state or country, etc. Then tell them about, so they will want to link back to you.

As a starter, it will be quite difficult to attain that. You must do massive search engine optimization. You still have a long way though if you urge and find means to do that, I am pretty sure that you will succeed.

I am actually not a big fan of search engine optimization, and just a starter on that website not overall:). I prefer to provide content and market that content rather than adding little keywords codes here and there for the search engines to pick them up. Thanks for tip though!
