Chlorine : Vitamin E

NOTE FROM BEN : When you pour chlorinated water onto a wound after applying Vitamin E ointment or healing ointments containing Vitamin E, the chlorinated water deactivates it and also burns the wound and also contaminates the wound with bacteria specially created by chlorine coming in contact with sewage. This is the direct cause for "swimmer's ear" a painful form of ear infection obtained usually from swimming pools because of plentiful urine interacting with the high doses of chlorine. More Importantly: unfortunately chlorinated water is the only thing usually available when somebody is burned or cut open and Vitamin E is one of the best nutrients to prevent blisters and scar tissue and enhance immediate healing. It's interesting to note the best source for Vitamin E also has the same acidic level as human skin so is also anti-bacterial, anti-germ, and everything else that the skin naturally resists thru its maintained level of acidity, so when burned or cut it's good to have all natural cold pressed plant oils to put on the wound.
